Return Instructions.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days, within 30 days we can return or exchange for you, after 30 days we cannot offer you a full refund or return. If you want to return an item, the item you are returning must meet our return policy.

What condition should my product be in if I want to return it?
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, underwears and panties can only be returned if the packaging has not been removed. This means that items must be returned in the original condition in which they arrived.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.
  • Return all accessories sold with the returned item, if you fail to do so, we reserve the right to refuse the return, replace only the item you returned, or estimate the value of the missing accessories and refund you only for the returned item.
What do I need to do when I return my product?

Please contact our customer service first to inform us that you need to return your goods and confirm with them whether your goods meet the requirements for return or exchange. Once you meet the return requirements, we will issue an email to you and ask you to mail the goods to our return address and we will issue the payment to you after confirming that it is correct, please refer to the questions below for specific requirements.

Who will bear the shipping cost for return and exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. If you need to return or exchange an item, all shipping costs and taxes incurred during this period will be your personal responsibility.

What should I do if there is a problem with my product?

We are sorry that you have received a faulty product. Please contact us first to get help, if the product is in transit causing the problem, we cannot be responsible, but we will contact the courier company for you first to provide help. If the product does arrive and it is our responsibility, please contact our customer service promptly and provide the picture of the defective product and your order number, we will deal with it for you as soon as possible.

How long will it take to process my return?

Our goal is to process your return as quickly as possible, and once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will be issued to you automatically, typically within 1-2 days.

How do I track the status of my return?

Once we have processed your refund, you will receive an email notification. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the payment to show up in your account, depending on the card issuer.

Cancellation of orders?

We begin processing orders within 30 minutes of placing an order, which means you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If your order has been placed for more than 30 minutes, we cannot accept cancellations because processed orders cannot be retrieved from the package pile. Please think twice before placing an order. If you insist on canceling your order, you can return the package to us after you receive it.

Delayed or lost refunds?

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the product you are exchanging to reach you may vary. If you are returning a more expensive item, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
